Earlier today, developer Team Ladybug and publisher Playism dropped a new pre-order trailer to commemorate the imminent western launch of its 2D side-scrolling Metroidvania experience, Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth, on Nintendo Switch.

Feast your eyes on the brand new footage down below:

It’s important to note that the Castlevania: Symphony of the Night-esque action title already officially made its way to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, PC and Japanese Nintendo Switch owners last month. However, Switch players in the west were left wanting as the western release of the game was delayed to Jan. 28, 2022.

So, for those of you waiting for the western Nintendo Switch launch of the title, you’ll be pleased to know that the official date has been locked in and is primed for an imminent release next week.

If you’re interested, you can pre-order Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth via the Nintendo eShop for $24.99.

Based on a handful of super popular fantasy novels and numerous anime series written by Ryo Mizuno, Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth is a beloved franchise in Japan and has a cult following over here in the west.
