If you’re reading this, that means you’ve got a Guardian to shop for this holiday season. Thankfully, as Bungie’s only real source of income at present, they’ve monetized the crap out of it and ensured a healthy selection of real-world items so Guardian’s can showcase their gamer allegiance.

For the uninitiated, shopping for a Guardian can seem tough. There are t-shirts, plushies, pins, figurines, beanie caps, coffee mugs, rubber duckies, and so much more with Cayde-6’s smiling face on it that it can be overwhelming even for veteran Destiny players. Lucky for you, TheGamer’s top Destiny vets have combined forces to provide you with 2020’s gift-giving guide for your beloved Destiny 2 player.

Destiny 2: Bungie 30th Anniversary Pack

Our first option is something that might have slipped past your Destiny friend if they haven’t been paying too close attention. Unlike previous years where we would have had an annual expansion release by now, Bungie has delayed The Witch Queen to February 2022 and instead released a much smaller expansion to celebrate its 30th birthday.

The 30th Anniversary Pack provides Guardians with a whole slew of cosmetics themed after Bungie’s games from across its 30-year history, along with access to the new loot cave dungeon and the reborn Gjallarhorn Exotic Rocket Launcher. Because nothing says love like high explosives.

You can also get the 30th Anniversary Pack bundled with The Witch Queen expansion if you’re feeling extra generous.

Baby Fallen Plush

Our second suggestion is the plushie that’s been setting Guardians’ hearts aflame since Season of the Splicer revealed just how adorable baby Eliksni can be. The Baby Fallen plush toy is just $30, but can you put a price on something this cute? I thought not.

These tiny Fallen infants are swaddled in robes so they don’t catch a cold and have creepy glowing eyes for when you need to find your alien baby in the dead of night. Destiny 2’s entire player base demanded Bungie create these plush toys after they were first revealed in Season of the Splicer. Don’t ever say Bungie doesn’t listen to their players.

Cayde-6 Limited Edition Statue

Cayde may be gone, but he’s never forgotten. Well, until they vault the Forsaken campaign, then we might finally have a generation of Destiny players that don’t remember who Cayde-6 is.

To ensure that Cayde-6 is never truly forgotten, Bungie has created this 10-inch statuette of Cayde-6 providing his signature thumbs up. Every detail has been meticulously recreated, from Cayde’s leather armor to his somewhat ratty cape. The only thing missing is a certain colonel, but our next item will replace chicken with duck.

Cayde-6 Gunslinger TUBBZ Cosplaying Duck Collectible

If your favorite Guardian would rather swim with Cayde-6 than simply stare endlessly from a coffee table, then these TUBBZ rubber duckies are likely to be a better choice. Just as detailed as the statue but made with vinyl, these 3.5-inch tall rubber duckies are both cute and durable.

They also don’t necessarily need to be Cayde-6. TUBBZ has a range of Destiny 2 designs, including The Drifter, Zavala, Saint-14, The Exo Stranger, Lord Shaxx, and everyone’s favorite Sweeper Bot.

Official Destiny Gaming Locker

For Guardians that place Destiny over their other games, but still have some other games, might we suggest the Destiny Gaming Locker courtesy of Numskull Designs. This baby holds up to ten game and/or movie cases, hangs up to four controllers, and secures your headphones on a sturdy holder featuring the Destiny 2 Tricorn. The cabinet itself comes with cool Destiny branding and even a bottom drawer for cables, remote controls, and other peripherals.
