Since 2013, Albert and Leslie Ochoa have ran a pet waste removal company in Murrieta, California, that promises ‘100% satisfaction.’ Activision, however, isn’t satisfied with the name the couple is using for the company, PCGamesN reports.

The massive video games publisher is going after the married couple because the name of the Ochoa’s business is Call of Doodee. I doubt you have to go into your mind palace to figure this one out, but for those struggling it’s quite a similar name to Activision’s popular FPS franchise Call of Duty.

The company that generated $2.2 billion in revenue last year took issue with the name used by this family run business, and had until the end of November to file a notice of opposition. That window has since been extended until December 30.

With the beautiful message of ‘we are # 1 in the # 2 business’ atop the front page of Call of Doodee’s website, it’s hard not to feel for the little guy in this battle. If you live in the area you can get them to hose down your patio for $6, or get a weekly pooper scooper service for $45. They offer a lot, so have a gander if you’re interested. 

Just make sure you can tell the difference between this dog shit business and the first-person shooter you can play on PC and consoles, because the publisher appears to believe Call of Duty and Call of Doodee are so similar that there’s bound to be some confusion.
