If you love cursing, crude humor, and stories that are more ridiculous and hilarious than realistic, then hopefully you’ve already heard of Bulletstorm. the upcoming shooter from Epic Games and People Can Fly is making it clear that combining the gruesome violence of Gears of War with the attitude and irreverence of the filthiest frat movies is a winning combination. The latest trailer shows a bit more of the story and characters that we’ll be getting to know, and yes, even more footage of bosses, weapons, and the always-enticing skillshots.
The looks the the developers have given at the weaponry you’ll be wielding in the game’s campaign and multiplayer show that no time was wasted when coming up with the most satisfying and over-the-top arsenal this side of Doom, but the game’s bosses have only been glimpsed in a few seconds of video and screenshots.
Now we know that aside from the mutated cannibalistic hordes, players will also be taking aim against bosses in the form of plants and dinosaurs.
The trailer gives yet another taste of the in-your-face story that People Can Fly has cooked up, and a closer look at the characters the story will be following. Essentially a story of a mercenary group’s betrayal and crash-landing on a hostile alien world, the latest trailer titled ‘Revenge’ attempts to explain the motivations of the main character, Grayson Hunt.
