After a 17 year wait, fans prayers have been answered as a “Constantine” sequel has been officially announced by Warner Bros. Pictures, and confirmed in an exclusive article by Deadline.As the sequel has just been announced, nothing has been revealed yet regarding story, cast, or release date. But, it has been confirmed that original “Constantine” movie director, Francis Lawrence, and star Keanu Reeves, will be returning for the sequel.Additionally, academy award winning screenwriter, Akiva Goldsman (A Beautiful Mind, I Am Legend, The Dark Tower) will write the screenplay for the movie as well as produce it through his Weed Road Pictures production company alongside J.J.
