Here is everything we know so far about eFootball 2023 Season 2, including the release date and more:

eFootball 2023 Season 2 Release Date

eFootball 2023 Season 2: The Football Festival is out and available now, ready for players to download and get started on building their teams. eFootball always releases new patches and content drops on a Thursday and Season 2 was no different.

eFootball 2023 Season 2 New Features: International Team Matches Introduced

eFootball is bringing 40 National Teams to be used in Trial Match, but only for a limited time. Only some of these Nations appear to be licensed but it is a nice touch all the same.

The Teams include Germany, England, Argentina, Brazil, Japan and many more. Although the introduction of these teams is a welcome one, the fact they’re not sticking around forever is a shame.

The teams will also use “The International Cup Experience”. This is a tournament against the AI where the player takes control of one of the National sides and tries to come out on top as the very best. It is very similar to a World Cup, eFootball just doesn’t have the licence.

To celebrate the Tournament there will also be new cards introduced, including a Diego Maradona celebrating his 1986 World Cup win, the faces of players will be relevant to the time in the players career the card is referencing.

eFootball 2023 Season 2: Introducing Match Pass

Another new addition to eFootball is the Match Pass, this has been introduced to try and help players strengthen their squads even further than ever before.

It is an in-game rewards system that will give players items once they have completed the objectives laid out. These will range from Nominating Contracts to Training Programs.
