The series that got Valve on the map was the Half-Life games - the second game in particular earned them a lot of fans. So it’s no surprise that Half-Life 3 is a most-wanted title - unfortunately, we’ve got bad news: It isn’t happening....
Life is great when developers stick to their promises. We were promised incoming shrapnel by IO Interactive, and indeed it arrived (but ouch). IO has officially unveiled the fifth Hitman game, titled Hitman Absolution just as one of our previous stories indicated. The announcement is unsurprising to say the least, as IO made sure to drop a trail of hints leading up to this announcement. Little detail has been released so far, but we can expect a lot more to come very soon....

“Next year is going to be a very big year for Titanfall”, Respawn boss Vince Zampella has said following the announcement that the studio has partnered with Nexon to bring the franchise to mobile. As reported by Venture Beat, “multiple smartphone and tablet games” based on the hit shooter series are currently in development at new studio Particle City. The first, however, will not be a first-person shooter, instead taking the franchise “in a new direction”....

The last of the light subclasses, the Arc subclass, is due to finally get its rework in the upcoming Season 18 of Destiny 2. Unlike the previous revamps for the Solar and Void subclasses, the changes to the Arc subclass will be much more beneficial as it has always been the weakest of the three. Arc 3.0 is due to arrive when Season 18 launches on Aug. 23. Fortnite is having a pretty rough January, considering the mechanics they have had to disable and the reported bug regarding the Red-Eye Assault Rifle. It appears those woes aren’t over yet, either. A new exploit has been discovered that is likely to force Epic Games to disable sliding altogether. In a video by Twitter user GlitchKing15 that Fortnite leaker FNBRIntel posted, a slide is coupled with the Slap Berry (for infinite sprint stamina), and a mix of inputs causes the player to instead quickstep their way across the bridge....
