According to a recent quarterly earnings call from Take-Two Interactive, The Outer Worlds: Murder on Eridanos DLC will be arriving soon. The first expansion for The Outer Worlds, Peril on Gorgon, launched this past September, almost a full year after the game originally released....

Valve has removed ‘relaxing’ platformer Abstractism from Steam after it emerged the game was reportedly utilising players’ computers as a means of mining cryptocurrency. Reports first came to light after YouTube user SidAlpha suspected something dodgy was going on, following a post on the Team Fortress 2 forums linked Abstractism to an item scam. Notably, Abstractism items had suddenly started appearing on Steam Marketplace, which had strong similarities to rare items from other titles....

After almost 30 years, EA’s flagship football series will ditch its FIFA branding from next year. Dante’s Inferno isn’t necessarily the first videogame to be based on a piece of classic literature - but it is the most mainstream title to do so. Published by EA and developed by Visceral Games, the team behind 2008’s fantastically terrifying Dead Space, Dante’s Inferno takes its cues from the epic Dante Alighieri poem, The Divine Comedy, specifically the first chapter, “Inferno”. Today Atlus revealed some news about Vanillaware’s popular game 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim. The game is getting a new edition for PS4 in Japan called “Welcome Value Pack” including a digital artbook and a set of avatars priced at 7,678 yen (approximately $60). Perhaps the most relevant news is that on the same day (August 4, 2022), the PS4 version will receive a free update adding the new features included in the Nintendo Switch version, which includes English voice-overs and the new weapons....
