What a time to be alive if you’re a Tekken fan. Yes, the long-running fighting game franchise is due to make its epic return in the near future. After being announced Sony’s State of Play earlier this year and having a brand new trailer revealed at this year’s Game Awards, we now have a sneak peek of its roster. So far, there are seven confirmed playable characters and the return of another series staple that could potentially be playable again....

Battlefield Bad Company 2: Vietnam will be released shortly and DICE has one more surprise to entice gamers to purchase the add-on: a bonus map. In the most recent trailer it shows how veterans can unlock a fifth level; the ‘Battle for Hastings’ map is said to be unlocked after 69 million collective team actions. According to the Battlefield Blog, the fifth bonus level will unlock separately on each console after the score threshold has been reached....

No one knew what to expect when the small indie studio Contingent99 released its RPG, Wizard of Legend, back in May. Nothing is really perfect – even our favorite video games aren’t without faults. There’s always going to be an issue or an aspect of a game that doesn’t particularly hold up. Even games as acclaimed as Ocarina of Time have problems. This is especially true when games become older and older. A game could be amazing at launch, though may lose relevance as time marches on. While Final Fantasy VII was groundbreaking for its time, gamers are now used to the better graphics and quality of life gameplay that more recent games have achieved....

I think January is the only month where I need games to be released. Seriously! My two most anticipated games from last year into 2019 were the remake for Resident Evil 2, and Kingdom Hearts III. Which one am I most excited for? Please, like you have to ask. It’s obviously Kingdom Hearts III. This series is in my top three favorite franchises of all time right next to Metal Gear Solid and Final Fantasy....

In my humble opinion, I believe that the Assassin’s Creed series contains some of the most entertaining, engaging, and well written sandbox style video games that have been created in the modern era of gaming. Though I will admit to having a respectful distaste for the bizarre sci-fi aspects of the series, I firmly believe that the parts of the plot which occur in the specified/game specific past locations and world are the absolute bees knees....

L-E-G-O. Toys don’t get much better than Legos—they appeal to both girls and boys, they’re constructive yet fun, and they come in many different shapes and sizes. Next to my one-of-a kind teddy bear (That proved to be a good cuddle buddy at night), Legos were my absolute favorite toy. And being a kid that wasn’t bathing in cash, I more often than not played with a random arrangement of legos over sets....

The Sims has been a part of PC gamers lives for almost two decades now, with 4 installations of the game and countless expansion packs for each. A new video shows off the results of a four-year collaboration between 343 Industries and prosthetic/bionic limb crafter Limbitless. 343 Industries provides model files to Limbitless to give them a better understanding of how to craft the prosthetic sleeves to be as exact as possible. The distinction is slightly important though, the prosthetics themselves have a certain look/style to them, and what’s being produced here are simply sleeves that go over the typical limbs....
