Fan-favourite League of Legends animated spin-off Arcane has won an Emmy for Outstanding Animated Program. The show beat The Simpsons, Rick and Morty, What If…?, and Bob’s Burgers to secure the award. A listing for Alan Wake Remastered has been spotted on a Taiwanese store claiming the 2010 Remedy game is coming to consoles & PC this October. Industry insider Wario64 flagged up the listing in question on Twitter. Apparently, Rakuten Taiwan claims Alan Wake Remastered will be heading for the Xbox, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on October 5 of this year. Niko Partners senior analyst Daniel Ahmad would then endorse the post, claiming an announcement will come next (this) week....

Creative Assembly’s first-person survival horror Alien Isolation has sold over 2.1 million copies, SEGA has revealed. The figure suggests that sales may have doubled in the 4 months since January, when SEGA announced that the game had sold through 1 million units. It isn’t clear, however, whether today’s figure accounts for the number of units shipped or sold through. Other sales figures announced today include Sonic Boom, which sold a combined 620,000 units on Wii U and 3DS, and Football Manager 2015 which sold 810,000....

WWE 2K20 has had a rough go about it, to say the least. The game was critically panned when it launched, plagued by a suite of glitches, serious technical problems, and a general lack of polish. Modern Warfare 3 has seen a large spike of information recently and although none of it has been confirmed OR denied, Activision will be making an official announcement next week. Wario has had plenty of games where the greedy rival of Mario took a break from his shenanigans to hunt treasure. Wario Land 3 was one of the better GBA titles, introducing puzzle-solving and platforming that was to a greater degree than the games before it. Another Dragon Ball Z game is out and this time it’s called Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. True to the DBZ name, the fights are over the top and completely ridiculous. Dragon Ball Z has never worried itself over things like believably and common sense and oftentimes, that works out to its advantage. The reason for this is because of how well that can translate into a fun game mechanic. However, despite how absurd DBZ can be, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot still has some things which stand out as going against such absurdity....

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is by far the most competent Star Wars game to come out since EA acquired the license to make games on the IP. Given its competition, this is hardly a surprise. Respawn Entertainment has done a commendable job in attempting to bring the Star Wars name out of the mud that EA has dragged it through for the last few years in video games. Even so, the engrossing experience of becoming a Jedi in the game can be broken by a few things that just make you raise a brow here and there....
