Tremerz Review

Hey all you Kevin Bacon or subterranean-giant-man-eating worm fans, they finally made a Tremors video game. And guess what? Because it’s been rendered with Blu-ray technology, the cut-scenes use the same graphics as the gameplay. Oh wait, that’s God of War 3. The Tremors game is just a free flash game called Tremerz. The game is only mildly terrible, and follows the “plot” of the first Tremors film, back when the franchise still has potential and hadn’t taken a nosedive into the dirt....

15 Retro Titles That Are Way Scarier Than Modern Horror Games

In recent years, horror games have really gained steam in the gaming world. Even though they’ve been around since video games first started being made, horror games always seemed to take a backseat when compared to AAA titles. With the release of games like Amnesia: The Dark Descent and, more recently, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard the genre has once again found its rightful place in the limelight. However, even though the genre may have been on the back burner for so long, it doesn’t mean that it didn’t hold the throne back in the day....

21 Things Everyone Gets Wrong About Anime

I’ve been in love with anime ever since I got my first taste with Pokémon. I can distinctly remember being baffled by the animation style. In a good way, mind you. From there it only got better thanks to blocks like Toonami and Adult Swim airing more anime on TV in the 90s and 2000s. As cool as it was, anime was still fairly hard to come by. I bought an occasional DVD too, but they got pretty expensive....

Agents Of Shield Season 6 Episode 8 Review Collision Course Part I

This review contains spoilers for Agents of SHIELD. Agents of SHIELD Season 6 Episode 8 As the link between the space storyline and the action on Earth becomes clear, the flood of information now coming in increases the excitement in an episode of Agents of SHIELD that seems specifically designed to work towards the collision referred to in the episode title.
