WWE’s 2K video games have become an annual tradition amongst the wrestling community, with fans eagerly awaiting the reveal of the roster, the new modes and to see how the graphics and gameplay, in general, have improved. For the most part, each year 2K does a good job in enhancing the game and this year is no different in that respect, although it cannot be argued that the game hasn’t taken some major backsteps as well with WWE 2K20....

NieR: Automata was originally released in 2017, and it was widely praised for its world, combat, music, and deep themes. The game, directed by famous Japanese developer Yoko Taro, held many secrets. This included the so-called “final secret” of the game, which was discovered by Lance McDonald a few years ago. However, the game isn’t done surprising players. A member of the NieR subreddit has found a sizeable secret area in Automata that no one has seen before....

Nintendo has announced that the Switch and some games will be on sale this upcoming Black Friday. The offers will include a bundle of the Nintendo Switch with a download code for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, individual games, and additional Joy-Con controllers. The news comes as a surprise since Nintendo rarely brings down the price of its products. This is often reflected in how well games and hardware maintain their resale value years after release, whereas Sony and Microsoft provide numerous price drops for games and consoles over the years....

Parents of an Activision Blizzard employee who took her own life have dropped their lawsuit against the company. Kerri Moynihan, a 32-year-old finance manager at Activision, died in 2017 while attending a company retreat. The incident publicly came to light as part of California’s still-ongoing lawsuit against Activision, filed last July, which has alleged multiple instances of discrimination and misconduct at the company. In March, the Washington Post reported that Moynihan’s family were suing Activision Blizzard for wrongful death, and were claiming sexual harassment had been a “significant factor” in their daughter’s suicide....

About halfway through Aladdin – Guy Ritchie’s enjoyable live-action remake of the 1992 animated classic – the titular “street rat” turned royal suitor (Mena Massoud) invites Princess Jasmine (Naomi Scott) for an aerial ride on his magic carpet. It’s here, as you might expect, that the pair harmonise a new rendition of ‘A Whole New World’, in a scene that plays out almost exactly like the original. You might think it’s ironic that a song about “a new fantastic point of view” appears in a film in which the world looks so familiar....

Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 brings all-new skins, accessories, and cosmetics as has been the norm with previous releases. The latest installment’s launch trailer in particular showed an interesting character that will be making an appearance in the game. Izuku Midoriya, the main protagonist of My Hero Academia also known by his hero name Deku, has been added as a skin in Fortnite.
