Electronic Arts has officially announced that a new, narrative-driven Battlefield campaign is in the works. Earlier today, the publisher announced that Ridgeline Games, a new studio led by Halo co-creator Marcus Lehto, is taking charge of the project. The free-to-play nature of Overwatch 2 always brought a dark cloud with it for the community. Speculation is heating up that PlayStation could potentially be planning a showcase for the PlayStation VR2 in the near future. 2.5D ‘intense speed’ platformer Action Henk will finally release on PS4 and Xbox One next month, Curve Digital has announced. The game had originally been due to land on console last summer. The game will be available on Xbox One on Friday, March 4 and PS4 in “early March”, although the publisher doesn’t specify which platform it’s due to arrive on first. Wii U, PS3 and PS Vita versions are still in development, too, a Curve representative confirmed to VideoGamer....
Activision is yet again being accused of stealing content. A couple of days ago, the Call of Duty publisher released the new Doomsayer skin into Vanguard and Warzone. However, some have accused Activision of plagiarizing the skin, noting its similarities to the work of a former employee, Robert Bowling. Bowling was not impressed by the new skin reveal. He posted a Tweet that reads: “At least name it after me,” showing his clear disapproval....
