2D arena game Penarium will release on PS4, Xbox One and PC next Tuesday, September 22, Team17 has announced.
The game will be available to download for £6.99, with a free trial version also available for those wanting to give it a go before taking the plunge.
Developed by Dutch studio Self Mad Miracle, Penarium is described by Team17 as a “fantastically sadistic circus extravaganza” that sees players take on the role of Willy, a “quirky antihero” who must try and avoid being killed by deathtraps in a “crazy circus show”.
The game includes 30 single player missions and an Arcade mode, along with couch Versus and Co-Operative multiplayer modes.
